Hotel Policies

  • 50% Advanced Required To Book The Stay

  • Remaining Payment To Be Made At The Time Of Check In

  • Any Damage To The Property Will Be Charged

  • Music Volume To Be Lowered Post 10:30

  • Dinner Will Be Served From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM

  • The Kitchen Closes At 11:00 PM

  • Drinking, Eating and Smoking Near The Pool Is Not Allowed

  • Kids Alone Are Not Allowed In The Pool Area

  • Pets Are Not Allowed Inside The Pool

  • Kindly Do Not Let Kids Jump On The Bed

  • Check Out Will Be Strictly At 11 AM

  • Guests Need To Show Their IDs At The Time Of Check-In

  • Check-In Time - 1 PM

  • Check Out Time - 11 AM

Cancellation Policies 

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the booked date of the stay, 25% of the advance cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the booked date of the stay, 40% of the advance cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the booked date of the trip, the entire 50% of the total advance cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
